Step 1: Open Your Profile
Visit your Shock Profile and navigate to Account Info.
Step 2: Find Two Step Verification
Scroll down to the Two Step Verification section on the Account Info page.
Step 3: Set Up an Authenticator App
If you don't already have one, install an authenticator app on your phone. Examples include Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator.
Open your authenticator app.
Follow the setup instructions displayed by Shock. If a QR code is provided, select the option to add a new account in your authenticator app and scan the code. If Shock provides a setup key instead, enter it manually.
Your authenticator app will generate a verification code for Shock.
Enter the code on Shock if prompted to complete the setup.
Step 4: Use Your Authenticator App When Logging In
Once Two Step Verification is enabled, open your authenticator app whenever you log in to Shock and enter the current verification code when prompted.
Important: Keep access to your authenticator app so you can complete the verification process when logging in.
