Before you proceed with closing your Shock account, we recommend considering the reason for doing so to ensure you follow the appropriate process.


  • If your decision to close your account is unrelated to gameplay and you would like to keep the option of reactivating your account in the future, you can submit a request for account closure by emailing us at [email protected].

  • If you are seeking closure for reasons related to Responsible Gaming, such as taking a break or opting for self-exclusion, please refer to our dedicated article on how to self-exclude to proceed.


Please be aware that closing your account will restrict access to your Shock account and any associated assets. This includes your balance, unredeemed rewards, and bonuses, which will no longer be available.
