If your crypto purchase hasn’t appeared yet and you need assistance from our support team, the first thing we’ll ask for is your transaction hash (TxID). Here's how you can find it:
Check Your Wallet History: Go to the wallet or platform you used to send the crypto. Look for the transaction you made to Shock in your transaction history.
Open in a Crypto Explorer: Once you locate the transaction, open it in a blockchain explorer (such as Etherscan, Blockchair or any explorer for your chosen cryptocurrency) to view the details and find your transaction hash.
The transaction hash will be a long string of numbers and letters, similar to this:
c442d886090294572df1f180b05022fd83aff0664ee584dbb460a23986952a80
Or it could be a link, like this:
